Exam tips

Exam time can be stressful; however, this stress is not always bad. How you manage it, and how it impacts you will determine the effect that it has. Stress is a normal reaction to a challenging situation, and it can help to increase motivation levels, which can positively impact your performance. But too much stress and thinking of it as a negative can have the opposite effect.

Being prepared for your exams and knowing that you have put in the hard work to learn and understand the content will have a significant impact on helping you to do the best you can.
